Marriage Story|What I Love About Nicole|Netflix Review

A stage director and his actor wife struggle through a grueling, coast-to-coast divorce that pushes them to their personal and creative extremes; we are talking about upcoming heart-breaking drama film “Marriage Story” written and directed by Noah Baumbach. The show will have its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on August 29, 2019, wherein viewers will see Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver, Laura Dern, and a few more stars. Flyx has confirmation that Marriage Story will be just over 2 hours long with a run time of 132 minutes. Netflix has released two official trailers of the movie, in one trailer, titled “What I Love about Charlie,” we hear from Nicole. Over a soulful, female-sung cover of Otis Redding’s “I’ve Been Loving You Too Long,” we learn that Charlie is a good dresser, cries at the movies, and loves being a dad. In fact, as Nicole says in the trailer, “it’s almost annoying how much he likes it.”

The second trailer, titled “What I Love About Nicole” features the original Otis Redding track in the background. Throughout the video, Charlie admires that his wife is a good dancer, knows how to give the perfect present, and “is a mother who really plays” with the kids. And, Charlie notes that Nicole is competitive, as evidenced by a scene of the family playing Monopoly.
