The Zoya Factor and what you should know about it

Remember the Jessica Alba starrer “Good Luck Chuck” and Lindsay Lohan starrer “Just My Luck” ? Both these movies dealt in the lucky fortune of individuals who were lucky for people around them. Bollywood has come up with a similar storyline based on the sports background.

Bollywood is coming up with a similar genre of movie “The Zoya Factor” starring Sonam Kapoor where an advertising executive called Zoya Singh Solanki brings a lot of luck to the Indian cricket team and her luck helped them win the Cricket World Cup in 2011 (which they actually won). Luckily or coincidentally, this girl was born on the day India had won their first world cup in 1983. The movie is based on a novel with the same name written by Anuja Chauhan and is slated to be released on 20th September 2019.

We don’t how the Indian cricket team is going to react to this, considering how outspoken Indian captain is. What we do know is that the trailer for The Zoya Factor is out and you can watch it here.
